How it works
Ten factors, not one number
The Growth Readiness Score is a weighted composite across ten independent factors, grouped here into four themes — every one shown on its own, never folded into a black-box number.
Does the public narrative hold together over time, and stay focused instead of scattering across unrelated themes?
Does the team's mix of backgrounds match the problem, is decision-making spread across the team, and what's actually shipped and lasted?
Is the audience genuinely responsive, and does real traction actually back up the confidence in the pitch?
How connected is the founder's public footprint, and does their demonstrated work match the business they're pitching?
Consent-first, by construction
Only the subject's own connected accounts are ever read — GitHub and X via OAuth they approve, or text they paste themselves. No scraping, no third-party lookups, ever.
A Network Environment factor accounts for mentors, collaborators, and colleagues. It's computed only from aggregate counts in the founder's own data — org memberships, collaborator counts, follow counts. No other person's account is ever fetched, identified, or scored.
Access can be revoked at any time, which deletes the underlying connected data.
A score in the lowest tier is never turned into a shareable badge — protecting the subject from a bad result being screenshotted and spread.
